B R Foundation is a humanitarian organization. Under the Trust Act, registered are associated with this organization, the memorable life story of a noble woman. She was Late Taimun Nesa Khanom who is Wife of another Noble Man Sahid Alhaj Mohammad Abdur Rauf who was Kidnap by Pakistani Army during the Liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971.He was a respected person in Lalkhan Bazar area.

১. প্রতিদিন অভিজ্ঞ ডাক্তার দ্বারা রোগীদের সেবা দিয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থাপত্র দেয়া হয়।
1. Every day, the necessary documents are given to the patients by the experienced doctor.
২. বার্ষিক চক্ষু ক্যাম্প (বাছাইকৃত চক্ষু রোগীদের উন্নত চিকিৎসার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নেয় হয়।)
2. Annual Eye Camp, (Necessary steps are taken for better treatment of selected eye patients.)
৩. প্রতি রমজানে নির্বাচিত অভাবগ্রস্থ পরিবারের জন্য উন্নত খাদ্য বিতরণ, যেন সুন্দরভাবে ঈদ উদযাপন করতে পারে।
3. Distribution of improved food to selected needy families every Ramadan to celebrate Eid in style.

১. প্রতিদিন এর রোগীদের প্রয়োজনীয় ঔষধ বিতরণ।
1. Dispensing necessary medicines to its patients every day.
২. উন্নত চিকিৎসার জন্য পরীক্ষা নিরিক্ষার ব্যবস্থা।
2. Scheme of examination for advanced medicine.
৩. নির্বাচিত রোগীদের প্রয়োজন মোতাবেক উন্নত (বিশেষায়িত) চিকিৎসার ব্যবস্থা করা।
3. Arrange advanced (specialized) treatment according to the needs of selected patients.
৪. প্রতিদিনের নির্বাচিত বয়স্ক রোগীদের ফিজিও থেরাপির ব্যবস্থা করা।
4. Conducting Physiotherapy to selected elderly patients on a daily basis.

১. স্বল্প আয়ের পরিবারের সদস্যদের মেধাবী সন্তান যারা উপায়হীন তাদের সহযোগীতা করা যেন তারা উন্নত শিক্ষা থেকে বঞ্চিত না হয়।
1. Talented children of low-income family members To assist those who have no means so that they are not deprived of better education.
২. বাছাইকৃত যুবকদের ভোকেশনাল ট্রেনিং এর ব্যাপারে সর্বাত্মক সহযোগিতা করা যাতে করে তারা সমাজে মাথা উচু করে দাড়াতে পারে।
